I have seen that many people with rich talent can’t give their 100% in their respective tasks & end up with low deliverability & outcomes even companies have better working conditions. You know why, well the below mentioned issues which exist in the big crowded cities are –

- Long-distance commute timing

- Traffic issues

- Expensive living conditions for the salaried class people

Yes, you may have different views & conclusion about this specific issue but I have pointed out various key aspects which will be beneficial for the talent pool as well as for the companies & can make these 2/3 tier cities a center for innovation & excellence for the companies who struggle to sustain in the business.

The below are key aspects about 2/3 tier cities -

- Availability of competent talent pool –

- Availability of asset at an affordable price- Land

- Indian governments’ push for better air connectivity -UDAN

- Availability of competent talent pool-

This talent pool often migrant to big crowded cities in the search of better living conditions & employment which are abundant in the big cities but the issue with the employment being in the cities are many such as long-distance commute and finding better social infrastructure (Conveniences stores, hospitals & schools, etc.) in the residing vicinity which leads talent to hustle & end-up wasting their valuable time in managing these activities with huge efforts.

Well, these issues can be easily sorted if the talent pool gets better job opportunities in the small 2/3 tier cities as long-distance commutes & better social infrastructure issues almost non-existent which makes people devote their maximum focus & time to resolving the challenging tasks at hand as assigned by the companies.

- Availability of assets at an affordable price- Land

When the skyrocketing property prices are touching the sky, it becomes for the companies as well for the talent pool to cope up with it as it becomes a supply & demand issue for the realtor to manage it with profit.

But, these issues no longer exist in the 2/3 tier cities as the availability of land is abundant & that too at an affordable cost. Hence, it makes a complete win-win situation for the companies to establish work establishments where the talented people are easily accommodated & perform with the best of their talent.

Indian Governments’ push for better air connectivity through UDAN scheme —

The government has been pushing for better air connectivity which is making the corporate sector as well for the talent pool to reach in the least commuting hours. Well, Corporate will be in a winning situation if these opportunities are absorbed to the fullest.

If the corporate wants to lead in their respective business, innovation & adaptability are key factors that lead them to succeed in the future.

Innovation takes place through innovative ideas, and that idea comes from a talent pool that is well paid, mentored & empowered & who spends less time & energy in the unwanted chaos that exists in the big crowded cities.

Well, now it is up to companies to take the full advantages to grow & let the talent pool outgrow into their respective fields with their best ability & caliber.
