So called Environment friendly Homes !
I come from the Real estate industry and market some of the projects too as a marketer.
I often come across this kind of tag lines environment-friendly Homes or Homes near nature as if we as a developer offering nature to prospective buyers an extravagant amenity.
But, when you look at the kind of menace, developers do along with some government officials in the name building So-called — Environment-friendly Homes and modern structures. They have already destroyed nature and the species who were living in the natural habitat to build so-called Environment-friendly Homes or Homes beneath nature etc. etc. !
I feel laughing by reading the promotional contents with such kind of tag lines that developers are promoting to their respective target audience and on top of that the buyers are also convinced that they are also getting the So-called Environment-Friendly Homes ! Isn’t that funny ?
First, you go & destroy the natural habitat and later you build the So-called Environment-friendly Homes! Just look at Singapore, they have developed them self as a progressive state in the world but later they have accepted that they can’t live without nature so, now, they have accepted to build sustainable & environment friendly modern structures which have became a basic law & condition by Government as a law of the land.
So, my basic point here is when you can stay with nature without destroying the natural habitat then why go, destroy and build man-made structures. Just move ahead and adopt a policy of sustainable living where you can make a human race live with nature and not just near the nature. Let’s not call yourself a developer who cares and builds Homes after destroying the natural habitat of someone and if you do so, then you are contradicting your profession.
WAKE UP you Developers and Policy Makers and Let’s adopt and Promote Sustainable Living for the betterment of Human kind and Mother Nature !
